C-19 and C-250 Keyhole Escutcheons only came in one color (I think) -It's possible that Early C-19's and C-250's in Golden Oak may have had Silver plated ones..but not 100% sure, but most were a Gold Plated color which darkens sometimes with age. Are you sure that you are using the correct terminology of what part you are talking about? It would be better if you took a pic of the item..and posted it so we can see exactly what you are looking for..

Does it look like the pic below? (See pic).

If it is an escutcheon for the lid lock (it seems that some C-19s may have those), it would be differently shaped...

It should be noted that the above image provided by Tony K. is a RECORD COMPARTMENT DOOR lock escutcheon, it will NOT fit in place of the lid lock escutcheon.

Around C 19 #167,358, the mechanism finish (reproducer and mating horn throat, and speed control knob for example), and other cabinet INTERIOR parts (record compartment door and lid "stay" and related parts, for example) were apparently changed to "Gun-Metal" at some point late in production, but the cabinet LOCK hardware seems to have remained gold plated, as was typical throughout previous production.

These are photos of the lid lock escutcheon, and the record storage compartment door lock escutcheon of my late C 19 #172,249, they are identical to the earlier ones used throughout the production of the Chippendale Upright model regardless of the C 250 OR C 19 designation.

Note the differences between the two.

Best,
Fran
