This is sold!
This is the most perfect 2 minute Edison Home B I have ever seen. So, it comes at a bit of a premium price to match the premium state of the machine.
The original finish is flawless and it has a wonderful dealer decal. All I did was oil things up and dust the machine. Nothing needed to be done to the finish. The machine runs as good as it looks! The reason for the condition is that this came out of an estate about 15 years ago where it had been stored in an interior closet for more than 50 years. Never in a basement or damp environment. The motor is nearly silent which is something I’ve not seen in many if any early Edison cylinder machines. I continue to be amazed at how nice this machine is. See how good it looks in the pictures and decide for yourself. If your collection is based on beautiful original condition machines this is the one you should have!
$450 with the horn shown in the pictures. $400 without the horn. Please PM if interested or have questions.
I will not ship this machine, but it will be available for pickup in Oregon or free delivery to the Union phonograph show in June.

Re: FOR SALE: Edison Home B Outstanding Original Condition $
Someone should really consider this machine. I believe that's an original 14' horn worth about $100 to $125 at any show. That brings the price for the machine down to $350. You'll see ordinary Homes at that price. If you've got a nice but average Home, this is an opportunity to upgrade at little or no expense. Jerry Blais

Jerry, maybe you can expanded your cartage service to 'coast to coast' and help Victrola-Nut to get both of Dan's machines....Jerry B. wrote:Someone should really consider this machine.
