home 4 clip lid repair

I just got a home 4 clip in the mail and the lid was damaged in transit. Can it be repaired or leave it alone??? I need the experts of Edison's advice.. It has a nice banner ..I just got it from E bay Thanks Tom

Luckily the damage is on the back side. Even though it's less noticeable, I would have it repaired. I personally don't have the skills but there are many excellent repairmen that do that professionally. It's a huge blemish if not repaired. Jerry Blais
