Looking for Ted Weems record

Recently bought a Victrola VV-XI and while looking for information on the unit I stumbled on a YouTube video of someone's unit playing a song titled "You're The Cream In My Coffee" by Ted Weems. Very catchy tune and I'd like to have this one in my collection. Anyone have a copy they are willing to part with or is this one of those hard to get items? Thanks!
