Is the size of this reprint the same size as the original, height & width. At 650 pages I know it will be thicker.

The reprints are about 25% smaller than the originals, and are US letter size. The pages are carefully edited scans of the originals, and haven't been distorted in any way. Originally these were published as monthly magazines, and this volume is all the 1906 issues in one book, hence the 650 pages. It has not been re-typeset.

My copy arrived today. It is very professionally done. Don't know how you can sell it for that price. That said I was wondering if you are going to publish any or all of the other years. I'm sure there are a bunch of us who would want them all.

Thanks Rich for the kind words; I am planning on beginning the publication of the the other issues from 1905-1915, for starters, and may eventually publish the complete set. I've started another thread in the Yankee Trader, for all those interested in purchasing more volumes.

I can't wait to get mine! As I said via PM, I'd certainly buy them all like many others would. I have them on my PC, but I really like being able to just kick back and read a physical "book" as it were. Call me old fashioned...

The 21st Century with its promise of "the world at your fingertips in mere seconds" has its conveniences, but for this kind of information, there is nothing like a real book !

Hello Benjamin------

Mine arrived at work today, and when I got it home I was glued to my arm chair for the next two hours as I went back in time to 1906 via this book. I'll have to echo what others have said----how you can produce this huge book at such a price is beyond me. I wasn't aware---or just didn't remember----that this info is out there on line, but I prefer having the printed word and illustrations in my hands. (I get to stare at a computer screen a lot for work and other things, and find it right tiresome after a while.) I just tend to retain the info better and can refer back to a topic easier when it's in book form. Although I had purchased this to give to my fellow collector friend, I'm afraid that I'll have to keep this for myself instead. I'm very pleased with this, it's best investment I've made in a long while.
