"History Happy Hour: Antique Phonograph Music Show"
at Thom's Saloon in West Orange, New Jersey
Thursday, June 30 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Enjoy the sounds of antique phonograph records played on vintage phonographs, including an Edison "Fireside" cylinder phonograph from 1910, a Victor "V" disc gramophone from 1909, and an Edison "Chippendale" disc phonograph from 1920. Host DJ for the evening is Thomas Edison National Historical Park's Curator of Sound Recordings Jerry Fabris, who will be joined by two world-renowned record collectors, Peter Dilg of Freeport, New York and Michael Devecka of Montclair, New Jersey. The three antique record specialists will spin a variety of popular music dating from 1904 to 1929. Thom's Saloon is located at 104 Harrison Avenue in West Orange, New Jersey. Telephone (973) 736-3355. Website http://www.thomssaloon.com
