This one's cabinet has the unadorned lines of a Puritan Standish, like this one (like this one, for sale in Pennsylvania, albeit years ago)

But this one for sale in Lancaster, Pennsylvania has a single pull-down door for accessing the record storage, unlike the double doors on the Standish. It also has a grille over the horn opening, instead of the pull-down door/volume control of the Standish.
The tonearm looks similar to this one:

But the sound box not the same… The one in the link above screws from the back flange side; the one on the Lancaster phonograph screws from the needle bar side.
On the sound box it reads "UMANTONE An Honest Quaker Product". Honest Quaker was a brand name of Everybody's Talking Machine Co., Inc. a phonograph parts supplier-based in Philadelphia:
