Hey Aaron,

Are you still in Washington? Where is the rest of your trip report?

What happend, why is your thread locked :?: Did you take some unauthorized photos at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History?

Jack,

I was just informed by Dave that my thread became subject to hijacking by people who wanted to argue about politices. When Johns noticed these posts he deleted them and locked the thread.Dave told me i am free to continue posting about it after creating a new thread. So i will do so once i am able to upload the pictures.

Hey Aaron! I saw you on TV at the inauguration! ;) Well, I might have anyway, there were so many people there. Of course, I don't really even know what you look like, but I COULD have seen you.

Sounds like you had a great time in DC. You did something most of us will never do, attend a presidential inauguration, and one that has attracted more attention than most. You'll probably remember it for the rest of your life. At least I hope you do.

Thanks for sharing some of your experience with us. I look forward to seeing your pictures.

Take care,

Jerry K

Aaron,

I’m sure there is more interest than may have already been mentioned—I for one am looking forward to seeing your pictures as well, and am finally getting my photos from my business travel in California during the period in which this board was moved to our new home. Expect to see a thread entitled ‘O/T—Trains in California (business travel with MordEth)’ very soon.

I’ll link it above as soon as I have it posted. Linked.

I’m very glad to hear that you had a good time while you were gone.
