In terms of how many might exist, I suspect it is extremely rare. Hopefully one of a kind, given that it is (ahem) not very attractive.
In terms of value, I think it's nearly worthless.
Rarity doesn't usually correlate to value. There are many one-of-a-kind antiques that are worth less than some of which thousands exist. Demand trumps supply in many instances.

There are many such reproductions on sale in anything from bone china to cast iron. Some are more attractive than others.
