Victor Type MS Monarch Special

Post by Bern S »

Hi everyone,

I would like to share my victor Monarch. It's been in this box for many years.

Everything still looks good except I don't have the horn or crank.

Anyone know where I can source this?

Try contacting Ron Sitko. Check the Links section for details.

Nice machine. You can place want or for sale ads in our Yankee Trader section. Just make sure you follow the forum guidelines when doing so. Many members watch the Yankee Trader section and have had excellent results. Naturally, Ebay is another good place to find parts and if a repro part is ok...as already mentioned, Ron Sitko offers them.
Hope this helps and good luck.. ;).

Before you buy a horn you need to figure out the correct size Victor front mount horn you need. That is determined by the length of the support and traveling arms.

Thank you for the recommendations and advice. I'll definitely use it.

Want to make this a complete set so I can sell or pass it on.

I found the missing horn and crank. My brother had it all this time..the set is now complete.

Thank you all your help. I'll keep this for a while longer to enjoy.

Congratulations! That is a very nice machine, now with the original horn and leather elbow. The horn carrying case in an extra rare bonus. Definitely keep it all together, since it survived over 100 years as a set in such great condition.
Thanks for sharing
