In a previous chat with Raphael Cole I have learned that this Italian poster is very common in the United States and many collectors have a copy in their homes. I think it's sold on Etsy as well as on Amazon:

Bonjiormo Marco,

Hello Marco,
Thanks for the information. I bought a poster of this type in the US a few months ago. Now I search for something less common. A poster like my copy is not found by searching on Google, for example ...
Have a nice evening and see you soon.

The picture you show is a magazine advertisement from about 1907. I'm not aware of it having been reproduced as a poster.

You can indeed find original advertising posters for phonographs, but they tend to be quite expensive. Reproductions are available of some. Try ebay and you'll find some. Here's an example of a Pathé poster reproduction:

And then there are the excellent canvas prints available from our forum member Andersun. Simply do a forum search for pictures.

Talking about nice posters, I picked up the below on eBay a few months back. It had some significant water damage to it but take a look how nice it turns out after cleaning

LOL! Are you suggesting I got an expensive education? I haven't seen the poster personally but the description of the material (thin and newspaper quality) suggested it may be original. The restorer is a very established document restorer and I didn't even ask him about the originality of the poster...I will do so now and update...

Not by any means. Simply showing the many phonograph related posters available as reprints.
