I just purchased an Edison Triumph with repeater. I believe it an A/B transition model. Now for a road trip to pick it up. Will post more pictures later this week.

Pretty cool. I wonder how well the attachment worked?

Re: Edison Triumph with Repeater
Nice machines to have a repeater on. I have a repeater on my B Triumph. The niche in the straight I believe indicates that your repeater was factory fitted.

I'm still working on the precise dating of Triumphs by serial number. Unfortunately, any Edison Phonograph that used a Spring Motor/Triumph top works (E.G.: Class Ms/Balmorals/other variants, coin-ops, etc.) shared the Spring Motor/Triumph serial numbering. However, the A/B Triumphs like this one appeared only between February and July 1906, so that helps. Based upon the serial number, I would estimate this one as April 1906.
