But Seriously......

Post by gramophone78 »

I think there are at least three threads on this sale already over the years....I might as well make it four now.
I mean how many times can this seller/auction sell this machine..???. I have seen it realize anywhere from $1 to $4500.
Seriously, this seller has more negatives than Carter has Little Liver Pills... . How many negatives do you need to achieve in order to be removed from Ebay.

"Pick up only"....then why run it on Ebay..??.

Just don't understand this at all....

Weird, isn't it. That same seller has also been listing an 1890s poker machine over and over and over. It has been "auctioned" at least 40 times, probably more. Pretty much every 2 weeks for a few years. It has ostensibly "sold" many times but clearly those were shills. It has never come close to the estimate, and it never will. Just like this Victor.

Plus: 24.5% buyer's penalty. Ouch.

It looks like the photo on the right doesn't belong to the same machines as the left and center

Same old, same old. The only thing that changes are the dates. And yet after each sale, it seems to close in 'green'...which I believe means 'sold'.
But seriously, can a seller (for lack of a better description)rack up as may negs as they can. Is there no limit that raises red flags with Ebay..??. Maybe 1000 is a threshold...????.
