If that first one with the second style Victor changer is legit, id say it's totally worth buying!
Pieces of the cabinet, like the lid and the side column detailing looks like an RE-45. The radio part is the same one in an RE-45, RE-75. And the changer is the one in the VE 10-69. So later radio with earlier changer, in a custom cabinet?
A long-time experienced collector bought it, so it is in good hands. I'm not sure if he reads this forum, however.
This custom Electrola has two speakers and two amps (one is a high-powered amp used in commercial applications). It must have been a very expensive state of the art instrument when new and should sound fabulous when restored.
