EDIT: Just so there's no confusion driven by rabid excitement, all the ads I post in the eBay/CL Alert section of the forum are not mine. I will try and preface each ad with this disclaimer when I do another batch in about 4-7 days. There are also ads I do not post because I don't think they're a 'deal' (many overpriced Home's).

I am selling all of my cylinder records that I have been collecting for nearly 25 years. The records are all in good to excellent condition and many have the original box and lids. Most all are boxed. There are nearly 350 cylinders and they include approximately 180 Edison Blue Amberol, seventy-five (75) Edison 2 and 4 minute wax records, 80 Columbia 2 and 4 minute Indestructible records and about a dozen Misc records.
I am selling the records in one lot and I am looking for a reasonable offer. I won't sell them piece meal. Since I am selling the entire lot I don't expect to get top dollar. Just looking for a fair and reasonable offer. I would like these records to go to a good home hopefully to someone who enjoys the hobby as much as I once did.

Can you suggest a asking price - hard to make an offer with knowing the titles and condition - and shipping

I assume he wants it to be a local sale. Shipping all those records would probably be ~$150+.
Hmm, lets see... my overall average on cylinder record purchases is $2.28 per record, $3.09 w/shipping (sample size is 240 records). So either $350 or $789-$1081. Although a very large lot of cylinders sold within 5-10 minutes on ebay for ~$300/400 (I can't remember correctly).

I bought 200 recently on Ebay for $300 with free shipping - only two broke in shipping (UPS) They all had cartons and lids too.
