Edison Home Phonograph No.180012 left the factory about February 1906.

This is a Model B, and, as George says, from 1906.

Later in its history, it was upgraded to play 4 minute records, sometime after 1908: the horizontal carriage might first have held an O reproducer, later upgraded to a Diamond B; or the whole kit might have been installed after 1912.
