I just posted a 1956 Coral 78 rpm record number 61700 featuring Mickey Mantle and Teresa Brewer performing I LOVE MICKEY to eBay.

I never knew MM recorded a pop song.

AFAIK, that's Mantle's only recording. However, he did have an album on RCA called "My Favorite Hits. It features his picture on the front and (probably ghost written) liner notes on the back, but the songs are just recordings by various RCA artists. Not an easy record to find.
