Edison B-19 Grill Cloth & Turntable Felt Colors
Starting restoration on an Edison B-19. What color was the original grill cloth & turntable felt? The current felt is red and the grill cloth is....well.....just wrong. Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Edison B-19 Grill Cloth & Turntable Felt Colors
Here are pictures of my "Rouge" B 19, both the turntable felt and the grille cloth are original to this machine.
The turntable felt is obviously faded, and should be the darker shade as can be seen closer to the spindle -- a color I call "olive-green". This color of felt is the same that was typically used on many other DD models, as well.
The grille cloth was loose from the grille when I acquired it, and I re-glued it onto the grille so that the unfaded side (that was originally on the inside of the horn compartment), is now facing outward.
As you can see, originally it was a fairly dark green. It is presumably silk.
The last picture is of the TT felt on my A 100, just for comparative example.
Best,
Fran
