Is the VV 125 less common that the VV 130? I don't have my Victor Data Book handy.

Harvey,
VDB says 2,168 VV-125's (non-electric) vs 5,162 of the 130's (non-electric). Both uncommon machines, but the VV-125 more so.

If you go to the Victor Victrola website (http://www.victor-victrola.com/125.htm), you will find where the this seller has grabbed his description of the 125 word for word. Unless the seller and the owner of that website are the same person, this is a practice I dislike. Certainly not the first time I've seen this and there's nothing anyone can do about it--and maybe most people don't care--but I don't like it. It makes the seller look like an expert when in fact he's stolen someone else's effort for personal gain.

Nope. This guy's a flipper in Staten Island. I was going to bid on it, but the fellow had the perspicacity to up his opening bid from $350.00 to $499.00 which effectively scared me off.
