Is that a Model O reproducer?

Wow. The auction ended. They must have received an offer they couldn't refuse?

Maybe one of the Goodwill volunteers did a little "research" of their own.

Re: Edison Idelia (Really!) On ShopGoodwill
Goodwill notified me that my bid was cancelled for this auction with the following explanation:
The reason for retraction is: We have decided to end the listing due to some discrepancies. We will re-list with more accurate info. and email you with the new item number.
I'd guess they are going to repost it with a somewhat higher opening bid. The original opening bid was $9.99.
Something to keep an eye out for...

Wouldn't you like to know who the idiot was that donated this...? I'd like to be the one to tell the kids (or whoever) that dad's old stuff was worth more than their car...

Isn't that how it should be? I tend to view my car as a necessary evil that can reliably get me from A to B in the busy D.C. suburbs, nothing more. Granted, if I lived out west, then maybe I'd feel differently.Curt A wrote:Wouldn't you like to know who the idiot was that donated this...? I wouldn't want to drive any of my cars in DC, that's for sure. I'd buy a throwaway "appliance" for that, LOL!Garret wrote:Isn't that how it should be?
