Repairing Grafonola

Post by marey8461 »

I purchased my Grafonola about 25 years ago. It had been in a fire but worked beautifully until a grandchild played with the winding handle. I've had it stored now for many years and it needs much attention. Does anyone know of someone in or close to my area to have it repaired? :)

Are you just wishing to have the motor repaired? Is so, it should be easy to remove from the cabinet and sent to one of a number of reputable repairmen. If you wish to have the cabinet repaired or refinished, I'd suggest posting a photo with your thread. It would give a good idea what you wish to do.

Best wishes, Jerry Blais

Why don't you tell us what the problem is. Maybe the Forum members can guide you, so you can fix it yourself. As Jerry B says, photos can help.
