I need to get either a new arm for the existing arm worked on.

As a Newbie, can someone direct me to where I might find a good working arm or a repair shop?

You could post a photo in the Yankee Trader section as a start, one of us might have the part, or tell you what you need to look for if it's missing. There are also several dealers listed in the contacts section. Good luck
