Are these items phonograph related?

Post by Floridalou »

Hello all,
I found these items in a pill bottle, taped to the guts of an old Edison Diamond Disc phonograph. Are they phonograph related and if so what are they called and what do they do?
Thank you for reading my post.
Lou

Yep, they're needle valve parts, similar to the one on my outboard motor carb. Your Edison must have had gas engine power at some point! :P
