Wanted - speed control knob Columbia AO/AW

I've got an AW that's missing the large speed control knob that is just to the left of the on/off lever on the front of the bedplate. I have fashioned a knob that works but, of course, would prefer to have a correct one (maybe even a repro if that's available). Don't know how many Columbia machines might use this same knob. There's an AO on ebay right now so you can see what this knob looks like:

One member suggested George Vollema but he doesn't have a knob. Still looking and would appreciate any help.

Sure looks to be the same as on an AT. I am sure Ron Sitko or Dwayne Wyatt or someone would have that.

Bought one from Wyatt's - received it today. Doesn't work so I'm still looking for an original.
