For your consideration is a Columbia Grafonola Favorite tabletop phonograph in mahogany. The machine has been nicely refinished (not by me) and presents well. When it was refinished, some veneer lifting on the top was re-glued which is still visible up close. The machine has all of the original hardware as well as the correct and original Columbia reproducer. Nice decal inside lid. Machine plays well and does not appear to need any service. Machine is approximately 19" square and 14" high.
$175.00 plus packaging and shipping.
Local Pickup (San Francisco California) or shiping available, domestic only, via FedEx. In addition, I'm sure one of our West Coast collectors would help in getting it to the Union Phonograph Show in June if you would prefer.

Re: FOR SALE: Columbia Grafonola Favorite Tabletop - $175
very nice machine, Mark !
I just want to add that this is the second iteration of the "Favorite", after Victor threatened Columbia with litigation for using their patented "horn doors". This model was a quick conversion to Columbia's ubiquitous "Tone Leaves".
It features the early-style thin brass tapering arm and Columbia #5 reproducer, with early type bayonet mount.
I have the 1st model "Favorite" in golden oak, with the horn doors.
