Thanks!! I believe the rule is build at least 50% more space than you think you will need and it still will not be nearly big enough. I am definitely excited about having the space to expand my collection without the never ending problem of meeting my wife's number one criteria of "Where are you going to put that?"

Mike, I hope you don't mind me sharing this, since you posted pics of your new space...
The "man cave" is a separate 2,000+ sq ft single family house with a huge garage just for his collections...

She is happy to visit me across the yard in my mechanical music domain, but is mostly happy that many (but not all) of my toys are out of the main house. The kids have reclaimed the basement and she has reclaimed the living room.
