Request for someone to custom record a cylinder

I was contacted by a non collector looking to have a cylinder record recorded with modern music as a gift for a collector friend theirs.... I seem to remember a thread about a member offering this service and have been unable to find it...I must be using the wrong search parameters! Would someone please point me to the post or contact me with details so I can put the two in touch with each other?
