Peter,

You must be able to bench press 600 pounds! :lol:
I've moved two 10-50's in the past 18 months.
One without a hand truck or dolly.
It taught me that at almost 58 years old, I am definitely not as strong as I used to be.

Holy mackerel!

Seriously, you better watch yourself. Hernia as well as eye damage...

Last time my 10-50 got moved it took 3 guys, and one of them (not me) split his pants. It's going to stay there til the estate sale, at this point. Sadly though it has caused enough settlement of the floor that it's no longer level and won't drop the needle on the first groove anymore. Need to tend to that!

My brother helped me drag my 10-70 in the house after I bought it, and he told me not to call when it had to come back out! That thing is up on high enough legs, you can sort of get hold of it. He thought I might have left it full of records or something. I have a floor jack under the spot where that 10-70 sits because I used to have a piano there.
