Polyphone Elbow Needed

I am in need of a slip on Polyphone elbow with bayonet fitting for an outside horn disc machine. OD of the flange on the bracket that the elbow slips over is 45mm; the OD of the end of the horn is also approx 45mm. Original preferred, repro acceptable.

Can anyone help?
