Need Help Identifying Huge Horn

It's a European horn. It could be German, Swiss, British, French, etc. It is the reverse of a Victor horn. As we know, the Victor set up has the slot cut into the elbow to fit the nub on the horn. The European set up has the slot cut into the horn, and the nub in the elbow.
