Found: Victor II Brake - Buy or Trade

Post by Jerry B. »

I need a nickel plated cannon brake for a humpback Victor II. It would be the same brake as on a Victor III or IV or other models. I'm happy to buy or see the following photos for good trade items. Thanks, Jerry Blais

Is that the same as a bullet brake? The only plunger breaks I have seen were on a late Berliner?, Early Victor B, E, M, and possibly an MS. The plunger brakes on my E and M have a bullet brake style body, a rod, and a knurled knob. You twist the knob for the brake to function.

Jerry,

I believe that the Humpback II takes the four piece brake as pictured.

I think they call that type the pinball brake.

I have this much of the set-up if that will help you, Jerry. You can have it if you can find the other parts, but sorry I don't have the rest.
