They come up from time to time on eBay and generally sell for between 50 and 300 Euros, depending upon the model and accessories.

It's a Pathé Modele 0, a very basic cylinder machine, just above a Puck or similar. This one is broken and missing many parts. It would cost you at least twice the listed price to complete it - if you can find all the parts. So this is basically a parts machine and much too expensive for what is offered.
