In Memoriam - Rich Sulzmann
Today is a sad day for me. A great friend and fellow collector named Rich Sulzmann of NJ passed away unexpectedly. Rich was a regular at the Wayne NJ show and on his table he had some of the cleanest machines I had ever seen. We became fast friends and I feel fortunate to have known him. He wasn’t extravagant, and he didn’t hoard, to the contrary he had a few machines but they were always super clean. He kept booth space at the Place Antiques in Keyport NJ which is run by Don and Lorraine Lujkowski who called me today with this bad news. I am not sure how many TMF members were fortunate enough to have known Rich but I can proudly say I was one. John

I am so sorry to hear this. I always enjoyed talking to Rich during the parking lot sales and during the show. Steve

I didn't know Rich well, but remember that he seemed to always be in a pleasant and calm frame of mind. Many of us are getting "up there" in age and have been collecting a long time--- I am very thankful for the many friends I have made in 40+ years collecting phonos. RIP Rich

Re: In Memoriam - Rich Sulzmann
I can not say that I knew Rich well, but I did speak to him whenever I saw him at the Wayne Show.
He was indeed a very kind and gentle soul.
May his passing remind each of us how precious each day is!
