I found this on the floor in a booth, in one of our local antique, malls. For $250.00 The mechanics would need a complete rebuild, and needs a new belt. It does not have a horn. Sorry, but I was not able to get a clear shot of the ID Plate with my iPhone.

That was a very nice find, Paul. I've been looking for this model in decent condition for years. Are the reproducers present? If they are and they function this is an even better deal. You have most of it here (minus the horn) by looking at the one picture. The flexible "pipe" is very hard to find if it's missing and yours is present. And the elbow is present too. You're a lucky guy.

Re: Lakeside Cylinder Phonograph
I do not know, Doug? I did not look at it closely?
I would still have to get it repaired, and that would cost more, then the price of the machine.
Thank You Fran

Hi Paul, I'll be happy to buy it from you so you don't have to be concerned with those darn repair costs.Edisonfan wrote:I would still have to get it repaired, and that would cost more, then the price of the machine.

Re: Lakeside Cylinder Phonograph
If the reproducers are there and complete it's well worth repairing.

It's well worth the asking price. I hope you bought it. With that said, I understand that the pot metal reproducer is a nightmare. I have never touched one but what do others say about the reproducer? Jerry Blais

Great score! Another couple of questions. Curious about small tag on top rim of case. Is this machine a US Phonograph product? Steve L.

No, I did not buy it Jerry. I really, don't feel like spending more money on repairs, and a rebuild.
That's the price tag, Steve.
Actually Doug, I did not buy the machine.

I'm sure it is Richard, but I just don't feel like buying another machine, that would need repair. I already, did that with my Two Columbia Machines.
