From what I can see the hardware design is a little weak, but the price seems almost too good- since it's local pickup only, I'm assuming you are local to the machine so go take a peek and a listen!

I would consider it a realistic price. A decent price for both buyer & seller. I'm thinking the case might be refinished, but it has a nice look.

Not a bad price. It does have the wrong set screw on the tone arm to hold the reproducer in place though.
It should have a long knurled head to it.
