What's extra nasty about this is that the perp thought him or herself quite clever...but the Edison lateral tracking drive will drag that fixed arm across the face at the wrong pitch...so...record damage, reproducer damage, lots of awful noises, maybe even dragging the whole sorry mess to a dead halt.

What's really strange is trying to play a Diamond Disc with a Victor tonearm and no reproducer... :lol:

The soundbox looks like that of the Edison portable. Also odd is the apparent brass-colored horn. For GBP 20 would be a good deal.

That's definitely a Prime soundbox, the same as on my P-1.

But WTF did they do to the adaptor to get it into such an awkward position? :?
