The screw holding the U tube is usually flat and slotted. Is the arm from something like a VV-50?

The VV-IV as well as other Victrolas were made for a long period of time. The first U tube screws were flat with a slot and then transitioned to the type show with this machine. This machine probably has the correct arm. A good check is to see that the needle comes very close or touches the spindle. If so, the arm is probably correct. Jerry B.
