My go to machine is always My Victrola XVI from 1913 in mahogany. It is huge, stores a lot of records, and can play through multiple records without winding again. My number two machine for this purpose would be my Queen Anne Victrola XIV. For cylinders I play my Edison Standard model A from 1904. I recently injected some much needed lubricant and grease into the spring barrel and now there is no more thumping and bumping coming from the spring, so now the experience of listening is even more enjoyable!
I play electric recorded records on my Credenza.
Acoustic records on my Vic IV.
I like to play blue amberols on my Edison 75, but it is going to go soon as there is no place for it in my house. It is sadly sitting in my garage.
2 minute wax gets played on my Columbia BF or Edison Fireside.
I have a good number of 4 minute Edison wax cylinder records too but they don't get played as I currently have nothing I am comfortable using to play them.
Acoustic 78s on my VV-XVII w/ HMV No. 4 soundbox
Electric 78s on my VV 8-12
Edison discs on my C-250 w/ Edisonic reproducer
Cylinders on my Standard D with Cygnet horn and Diamond B reproducer, model C for wax
Resist the forces of evil in all their varied forms.
78s: Victor Victrola VV-XVI L-Door
Electric 78s (1935 and up): RCA Victor 6-J (electric)
Blue Amberols: Edison Amberola 30
Black wax cylinders, 2 Minute: Edison Standard A
Brown wax cylinders: Columbia B Eagle
Diamond Discs: Edison B-19 Chalet
For cylinders, Edison A-1 or Edison Triumph (A-1 has the best sound, but I only have the original Model L reproducer so can only play 4 minute cylinders on it.)
78s, early recordings Vic III, later recordings Credenza
Diamond Discs, a great little mahogany C-150
Pathé verticals, Pathé Model 75, the only Pathé machine I have. An Actuelle is on my bucket list.

1. Space will expand to accommodate an infinite number of possessions, regardless of their size.
2. Shortage of finance, however dire, will never prevent the acquisition of a desired object, however improbable its cost.
