I've purchased many items, including phonographs, from the different Goodwill outlets on this auction site and have had no issues with packing. They seem to have unlimited supplies of bubble wrap and tape. The southern California stores have always been really good. I've had a couple instances from stores in the Midwest (Ohio) that sent me the wrong items, but they always made it right. One time, I bought a really nice phonograph and they sent me a typewriter. They fixed it by sending the phono I bought and told me to just re-donate the typewriter to a local Goodwill, which I did. Another time, got a package that I did not order (again from a store in the Midwest) so they sent me a mailing label and I mailed it back.CharliePhono wrote:My biggest fear would be winning it only to receive a parcel that sounded like a bag corn flakes and metal washers inside when it arrived.
