Edison Triumph B Reproducer Question
I recently purchased an Edison Triumph B needing some love. The Model C reproducer that came with it has a mica diaphragm, but is in need of rebuilding. Should I stick with mica, or replace it with a copper diaphragm?

Re: Edison Triumph B Reproducer Question
The parts are not expensive so you might buy a copper diaphragm and compare with the mica diaphragm for results. Have others made the comparison? If you'd really like to keep the machine as original as possible and the mica diaphragm is in good shape, stay with it. Jerry Blais

Re: Edison Triumph B Reproducer Question
Thanks Jerry. The mica appears to be fine, but is missing the piece to attach the link. I have replaced the copper diaphragms before, but not sure if the parts for the mica diaphragm are available.
