FOR SALE: Edison C-2 Record Albums, Full Set REDUCED - $500

For those of you who already have an Edison C-2 late-20's radio/phonograph, unless it came with them already, you've been looking for one or more of the four original albums ever since you got it. There weren't ever that many to begin with, and many have been lost or damaged since.

We do see single albums pop up here and there, to fill in missing ones, but often the condition varies.

Here is a complete set, of two 12" and two 10" albums lettered A through D, and all in the same condition. The prospects for me owning a C-2 are dim, so I'm going to let them go.

They are in generally excellent shape as shown in the photos. Brilliantly, just the other day, I pulled the little pull-ring off of album B - but kept it of course. It's a wire c-shaped ring stitched into fabric, which has of course weakened over the years. Perhaps this is a good thing, to remind one to have all those brittle 75+ year-old pulls reinforced or re-mounted.

These will only be sold as a complete set, and the price reflects that.

I have the rare 1928 C-2, but mine came with the complete albums, plus I have an extra B and C album in good condition, so if anyone is looking just for one of those, write me. Marc.
