This would be a great project. Case is pretty beat up. The motor worked last time I tried it, but it needs a tune up. Knob detached from crank. Reproducer seems to have been the gold finish (not original to this machine, but the nickel version would have been), but most of that is gone now. I did have a peak through the insides and the horn is made of metal. It almost looks cast iron. This portable has quite a musty odor, but it probably just needs to be cleaned. Also some of the motor boats screws might be missing.
