The springs came in the mail today, don't think it will be ready for the show Sunday, though. Still has the issues with the reproducer trunion and the corner columns.

Re: Columbia AT Cylinder Phono Question
I took apart the new trunnion assembly and the tube crumbled into several pieces. The trunnion was in good shape, though. The new upper body is much nicer than the one I had originally so I will use that one instead. Got everything cleaned and switched over today then installed 2 new main springs. That was kind of a pain in the butt, I couldn't get the spring barrel shaft out, had to remove and install the inner spring around the shaft. Good news is that when I put it all back together and cranked it up, it ran like a brand new motor. Still a couple minor things to tweak, but it shouldn't be too long before this phono is playing music!
