Yes, it's not an uncommon label to encounter when fishing in the deeper waters of 78 collecting.

You are right but never seen one that has 2 songs on each side. I know Grey Gulls aren't scarce but I think this particular label is.

There's a small amount of info mentioned in Wikipedia about these.
I'd say given the short production life & high cost, this is probably quite an uncommon label to find these days.
