He sure is...
Everyone wants it and wants him to ship all over the place.
I am only 45 minutes from him. I did ask him for pictures of his front feet though...
He knows the value so no one is getting it for $100.00.
I hope someone here can get it.. If he does not send me pics I will need them from the buyer

The front feet of that Victrola XVI and the front feet of your A-300 are entirely different. Do you need a photo of the front feet of an A-300?OldRestorer wrote: I did ask him for pictures of his front feet though...

Ugh...
I did not even see the Victrola part..
I thought it was an Edison..
I do need pics of the feet on mine.. The pics online are too grainy...

Re: Early Circassian Walnut Victor on Letgo New Jersey!!
Your A-300 has the earlier cabinet with slots on the sides. In all liklihood, it had the hooved feet typical of early Pooley production. Here's an Amberola 1A in one of these cabinets, as it appeared in Discovering Antique Phonographs (Click once or twice on each image to enlarge):
Slightly later cabinets in Circassian had different feet - almost the same as the conventional feet seen on A/B-250s and Amberola IBs - but not quite. This page is from A World of Antique Phonographs:
Hope this helps - -

You're welcome.
...But "blurry?" Ouch. Granted, we're dealing with a scanned half-tone, but I wouldn't call the photography "blurry." Of course, seeing the image directly from the book would probably be better...

There's at least one member of this forum who owns (or owned) an Amberola with hooved feet. He may not see this thread, so you might want to post a new thread under "Machines" asking for photos of these hooved feet.
