Edison Diamond Disc Sleeves signatuer

I have several Edison diamond disc sleeves with
R.T.B signature on the side of the sleeve right under the numbers and title description.
Any info on this? It looks like it was printed with the other information,
not an owners initials.

Roy T. Burke wrote many of the descriptive essays on the Edison sleeves.
