I received this with that Silvertone tabletop phonograph. The new owner did not want the peace so here it is. I really don't know the value of this so how about $20.00

The crank is also ⅜ threaded inside.. I don't know why or if it is normal that it is both slotted and threaded but it is..

I think that elbow piece is for playing Pathé records on your Silvertone phonograph and actually came with the machine when new. That is correct, it came with the machine when new.
