I have always wondered about these little grease jars - I have several but all different. One milk glass, one amber glass, one clear glass, some with labels on the lids, others with tin painted lids, and even one with an embossed E inside a diamond metal lid. They make an interesting side collection. Same goes for the diamond oil bottles and Edison Battery oil bottles.....
