Ebay Bad Actor

Post by Gatyam »

Had a real bad experience with seller robbimcnee-8 recently. Bought a record from him but received the wrong record, poorly packed. After he failed to follow through on assurances that he would fix the problem or refund the money, I filed a case with Ebay. He then became so belligerent and vulgar that I decided to eat it and just move on. I thought Ebay had kicked him off, but I see that he has a new listing.

Bidder beware!

Oh? So you ended up actually allowing him
to beat you out of this one hey?

That's how these sorts of dregs operate.

They become belligerent and vulgar.

They do this because it's their nature to
be the predator, and that's how they get away
with stuff like this.

They know that a good share of folks will allow it.

Not only is it topless, but it is advertised as a 1903 C19. You can't find many of those.

At his rating I would not buy from him. People have to be at 98% for me and then I read there feedback. Tom B

Maybe we should all ask him questions about this scarce item? Lots and lots of questions... ;)
