Columbia A1685 - Margaret Woodrow Wilson (daughter of President Wilson) sings the Star Spangled Banner, with her royalties going to the Red Cross. Nice photo label with her signature in the dead wax (partially under the label). This is the "souvenir record" for the Panama Pacific Exhibition and features a medley of patriotic airs on the other side.
